Joyst is a real estate technology company based in Sacramento, California. It started from the day-to-day of a real estate practice: the follow-ups, dates, checklists and paperwork that decide whether a sale feels calm or chaotic.
What we believe
Software does the busywork.
Drafting, tracking and reminding are what software is good at. Joyst takes those on so people have time for the parts that need judgment.
People make the decisions.
Pricing, advice, negotiation and anything that touches money stay with a licensed professional, and the software is built to make that easy to check.
Less effort for the client.
Joyst keeps the file organized and lets sellers see where things stand, so they are not left chasing updates.

Building toward more.
We are building toward real estate services delivered on Joyst. They are not offered through this site today.
When they are, this site will name the responsible broker and license number, as California requires. Until then, joystapp.com describes the software only.
