What is Joyst?+
Joyst is software that keeps a real estate transaction organized. It holds pricing research, showings and feedback, contract dates, documents and client updates on one file, drafts client messages for review, and shows what needs a person.
Is Joyst a listing site or an MLS?+
No. Joyst does not publish listings or search for homes. It is the workspace behind a transaction.
Does Joyst offer real estate services?+
Not through joystapp.com today. We are building toward real estate services delivered on Joyst. When they are offered, this site will name the responsible broker and license number, as California requires.
How does Joyst use AI?+
Joyst uses AI to draft client messages, seller updates and pricing reasoning. Drafted messages are read, edited and approved by a licensed person before they are sent, and pricing, offers and advice are always decided by a person.
What do clients see?+
Sellers sign in with the email on their file and see their own file only: showings, feedback, upcoming dates and the documents their agent has shared. There is no app to install and no password; a sign-in link arrives by email. Buyers do not have a sign-in yet.
Is there an app to download?+
No. Joyst works in the browser on a laptop or a phone.
How much does Joyst cost?+
Joyst is in active development and pricing has not been set.
