You pay a one-time flat fee of $2,995 to list your property on our platform. This includes all AI tools, MLS listing, professional photo enhancement, legal templates, and 24/7 support. No hidden fees, no percentage commissions.
You can choose to offer a buyer's agent commission (typically 2-3%) to attract more buyers, but it's optional. Many sellers offer 2% instead of the traditional 3%, saving an additional 1% on the sale.
The fee is only charged once you're ready to list your property. You can create your account, upload photos, and use our AI valuation tools completely free. The fee is due before your listing goes live on the MLS.
If your home doesn't sell within 180 days, we'll refund 50% of your platform fee. You can also relist at no additional cost.
The only additional costs would be optional services like professional photography (if you prefer not to use our AI enhancement), home staging, or expedited legal review. All of these are clearly priced upfront with no surprises.
